Project 01
This landscape retaining wall had suffered the early stages of failure. After assessing the project at hand, the go to option was removing all of the wall pieces in the failed area, adding adequate drainage stone for backfill, geotextile fabric, and stacking the stone pieces in a way that naturally contours with the established grade and maintains the aesthetic appeal of current landscaping and compliments the house.
Project 02
After years of weather exposure, the stair stringers decayed to the point of needing a full replacement. New pressure treated lumber was cut into new steps creating stable and consistent steps. A rubber membrane was applied to cut edges to create a moisture barrier between new stair stringers, composite deck boards, and the concrete they rest on. This ensures longevity from the substrate and a protection of the homeowner’s investment for years to come.
Project 03
This project was an entire interior remodel. The focal point of this project that set it apart from other projects was our creation of an open concept kitchen and dining. We replaced all cabinetry with high quality white shakers topped with a beautiful custom cut granite countertop finished with a stunning glass mosaic backsplash. The dining area shows modern sophistication with a painted brick fireplace and beautiful custom wainscoting to provide a striking contrast against the dark vinyl plank flooring and subtle gray wall color.
